DESCRIPTION


A California-based agency is seeking a vendor to deliver comprehensive outreach and partnership services. The selected firm will be responsible for the development and design of communications and graphic materials supporting 2050 outreach initiatives. Key tasks include crafting effective messaging, executing marketing and communications strategies, and promoting channels for stakeholder feedback to diverse target audiences.

The vendor will coordinate the scheduling and logistics for briefings with elected officials, as well as provide translation and interpretation services to ensure accessibility. The scope also requires the use of existing agency digital tools, such as online survey platforms and mass email systems, to maximize engagement efficiency.
