Outreach And Engagement Services

A California commission is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive outreach, engagement, and communications services under a three-year contract. The selected vendor will manage the development of both overarching and initiative-specific outreach and engagement plans, ensuring alignment with the commission’s ongoing activities and strategic objectives. Responsibilities include supporting the commission’s outreach efforts, facilitating meetings and workshops, and developing short-term plans for specific projects such as the water storage investment program.

The scope of work also encompasses a broad array of communications activities, including drafting and editing website and social media content, preparing news releases, creating graphics and handouts, and reviewing online content for enhancements. Additionally, the vendor will handle strategic planning for communications and outreach, develop social media strategies, foster stakeholder relationships, and promote public participation and engagement at commission meetings.
