DESCRIPTION


A federal agency is seeking a supplier to provide outreach and engagement services focused on distributing communications products to Indigenous audiences across Canada. These services will be required on an as-needed basis and include distributing materials to First Nations, Inuit, and Métis communities, leveraging an established database that includes communities, Indigenous media outlets, and leaders.

The selected vendor will also be responsible for hosting landing pages that allow diverse audiences to access communications materials, with translations available in select Indigenous languages and dialects when required. Additionally, the vendor must track and report on distribution results, providing proof of delivery and relevant performance metrics. Communications products may include written materials, visuals such as banners, infographics, posters, as well as audio and video assets. The contract is set for a one-year period.
