DESCRIPTION
This RFP seeks a qualified vendor to provide a turnkey solution for the design, fabrication, delivery, software provisioning, and installation of an outdoor digital wayfinding and information kiosks system. The system will include interactive kiosks that support both wayfinding and digital messaging, with a required total of five outdoor-rated digital displays.
Key requirements include a digital signage content management system (CMS) for remote content management across multiple kiosks, integrated or compatible digital signage media players, and displays with brightness levels suitable for full outdoor sunlight visibility. All hardware and components must be rated for continuous 24/7 operation.
The media players should be commercial-grade, solid-state devices that can support high-resolution content and interactive applications. The CMS must have a web-based interface, be compatible with macOS devices, enable remote content deployment, support scheduling and playlist management, allow centralized control of multiple displays, provide content updates and system monitoring, and include role-based user permissions.
Vendors are required to submit any questions about the RFP no later than April 22, 2026.
