A request for proposals is open for comprehensive outdoor advertising services on airport property. The selected vendor will be responsible for developing, installing, managing, maintaining, and selling advertisements, while providing professionally designed, high-quality, and innovative advertising concepts to enhance the trust’s commercial advertising program. The goal is to utilize public areas efficiently to generate optimal advertising revenues.
All advertising efforts should convey friendly, memorable messages that are easily noticed and retained by drivers, ensuring advertisements are informative and entertaining. The proposer’s services must align with the overall sales strategy, and advertising should not only adhere to traditional airport formats but also introduce creativity that attracts new advertisers, increases revenue from commercial clients, improves the airport environment, and introduces original ideas.
Interested parties are required to submit any questions by May 28, 2026. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 14, 2026.
