A Florida utility organization is seeking a qualified vendor to provide Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud migration transition assessment and readiness services. The selected vendor will conduct a thorough evaluation of the organization’s business and technical units to determine their preparedness for migrating from existing Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing and Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management platforms to the latest Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service.

The scope of services includes identifying any readiness gaps, recommending mitigation strategies, and developing a comprehensive migration plan. This plan should include a detailed migration strategy, cost estimate, and project schedule. The chosen vendor will be expected to guide all business units through the transition to the modern, cloud-based meter-to-cash platform, ensuring a smooth and effective migration process. An optional pre-bid meeting is scheduled for February 18, 2026.
