DESCRIPTION

The Department of Defense is seeking information on potential replacements for the Oracle User Productivity Kit (UPK) tool, which currently serves as the training and performance support solution for the Defense Enterprise Accounting and Management System (DEAMS). With UPK approaching end-of-life, the Department aims to mitigate risk to operational proficiency for over 26,000 Air Force users by identifying a modern, commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) that delivers continuous, in-application training and contextual support within the user's workflow.

This request is for market research purposes only and aims to identify available solutions capable of meeting mission-critical digital adoption needs. Responses are voluntary, and the Government does not intend to award a contract or pay for any information provided in response to this Request for Information (RFI). Further details and response instructions are available in the referenced attachment.
