The National Geospatial–Intelligence Agency (NGA) is announcing an upcoming requirement for Oracle software and related services serving the United States Intelligence Community. The NGA intends to enter into a sole source, firm fixed–price Basic Ordering Agreement covering a five-year term. This initiative follows federal mandates for consolidating and coordinating common services within the intelligence community to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Under this agreement, the contractor will provide proprietary Oracle software and associated support to all Intelligence Community elements, enabling secure collaboration and information sharing across unclassified, Top Secret, and Secret domains. The contract will support the development and maintenance of common services deemed essential to the operational needs of the intelligence community, with an ordering period spanning from April 1, 2026, through March 31, 2030.
