This RFP seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive Oracle maintenance and support services. The selected provider will be responsible for delivering both technical and functional support for the current version of the Oracle application on a 24x7x365 basis. Responsibilities include managing workflow email notifications and approvals, maintaining external interfaces for agency and Oracle mobile apps, and providing system administration services across the entire technology stack.
The vendor will also deliver functional support to end users and technical assistance to the technical team, along with performing necessary system upgrades. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for April 20, 2026, and all questions related to the RFP must be submitted by April 23, 2026.
