SUMMARY

Seeking vendor for Oracle database maintenance and support for legacy offender management system in Hawaii.

DESCRIPTION

The state of Hawaii is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive Oracle database maintenance and support services for its legacy offender management system (OMS). This engagement will serve as an interim solution until a replacement OMS is deployed.

The vendor will be responsible for addressing emergency outages affecting both Offender Trak and Oracle databases, performing routine maintenance tasks, conducting health checks and diagnostic reviews, and troubleshooting database-related issues. The system operates within a virtualized environment and uses Oracle Standard 2 Edition, version 19c. Backup and recovery measures are already managed by Oracle and Cohesity data protection platforms.

Qualified vendors should have demonstrated experience in supporting legacy Oracle database environments, particularly in critical public sector applications.
