The state of Virginia is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive Oracle Customer Cloud Service (CCS) implementation services, migrating from the existing on-premises Oracle CCB environment to the Oracle cloud platform. The scope of work encompasses the entire migration process, including the implementation of Lifecycle Manager, Test Accelerator, Oracle Utilities Analytics Visualization (OUAV), Oracle Utilities Data Intelligence (OUDI), and field service management software for routing field activities.
Vendors will be responsible for professional services related to software development, such as report development, creating interfaces and integrations, facilitating change management, compiling system documentation, and performing data conversion and migration. The selected provider will also offer post go-live support to ensure a smooth operational transition and ongoing system effectiveness.
