A Virginia-based agency is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive implementation services for Oracle Customer Cloud Service (CCS). The project encompasses full system implementation, integration, and ongoing support services to facilitate the migration from an existing on-premise Oracle CCB environment to the Oracle CCS platform. The migration will include at least three distinct environments: Development, Test, and Production.
Key requirements for this initiative include data conversion and migration, robust testing and quality assurance processes, training and knowledge transfer to agency staff, as well as operational readiness and deployment support. Post go-live support is also expected to ensure continued success. The implementation scope covers the integration of critical Oracle modules such as Lifecycle Manager, Test Accelerator, Oracle Utilities Analytics Visualization (OUAV), and Oracle Utilities Data Intelligence (OUDI).
Security and compliance measures are prioritized, with an emphasis on utilizing Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) wherever feasible. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for February 17, 2026, to address project requirements and expectations.
