DESCRIPTION

The State of New York is seeking a vendor to provide an opioid settlement reporting platform designed to facilitate routine technical assistance for all agencies involved in reporting. The platform will support updating contact information, enable communication and collaboration among state agency partners, and help interpret and communicate guidance on the appropriate use of National Opioid Settlement funds. Additionally, it must provide tools for producing usable data for both internal and external stakeholders and fulfill other related annual reporting duties.

The desired solution should ideally be an out-of-the-box IT and software platform with proven deployment in National Opioid Settlement or similar class-action settlements. The State prefers solutions that offer native functionality, with configurability as a second priority and customization only as a last resort. The vendor should also be equipped to provide ongoing technical assistance and address evolving reporting requirements as directed by the State.
