The organization is seeking a vendor to provide and manage an operator uniform voucher system, modernizing and streamlining how uniform items are distributed to bus, paratransit, and streetcar operators. The selected vendor will establish and administer a voucher-based program allowing eligible employees to order approved uniform items directly through an authorized vendor portal or in-person store using pre-established credits.
The scope of services includes creating and maintaining an online company store and/or in-person transaction options, managing voucher balances (including tracking, expiration, and reconciliation), and offering return and exchange services. Vendors will be responsible for generating periodic utilization and reconciliation reports, designing an implementation plan with an onboarding timeline, facilitating voucher account setup for eligible employees, and maintaining compliance with approved uniform specifications and color standards. The contract duration is three years.
