A Texas agency is seeking qualified consulting firms to provide operations software implementation services in support of its ongoing technology initiatives. The scope of services includes assisting with the upgrade of the Geographic Information System (GIS), implementation of a new Work Asset Management System, and the deployment of a new Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS).
Key deliverables include requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation of existing business processes and workflows across all relevant departments utilizing GIS, ADMS, and Work & Asset Management systems. The selected consultant will develop a comprehensive technology roadmap covering GIS, ADMS, Work & Asset Management applications, and related systems as needed. Additionally, project management services are required for the upgrade and implementation of an ESRI-based utility network GIS, including integration with existing technology platforms.
