This RFP seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive operations and maintenance support for EQuIS software systems. Key responsibilities include assisting HMIS with the selection, testing, and deployment of approximately two annual version updates of the EQuIS platform, as provided by Earthsoft.
The selected subcontractor will support the ongoing operation and maintenance of the EQuIS systems, including implementing annual build/version updates and offering guidance with system functionalities such as the Collect Application, Environmental Information Agents (EIAs), enterprise dashboards, as well as making updates and revisions to forms, reports, and database schema. Collaboration with other EQuIS users will also be essential to ensure optimal system performance and alignment with evolving operational needs.
