Must have experience operating plants for at least three consecutive years.
Key staff and on-site management employees must be duly licensed, registered, and qualified to perform services within the State of Illinois.
Plant manager and laboratory manager must hold a State of Illinois Class A license.
Must provide a bid bond equal to 5% of the total proposed cost for the highest year's annual cost.
Must maintain required insurance coverage including Workers Compensation, Commercial General Liability, Professional Liability, Commercial Automobile Liability, Contractors Pollution Liability, Business Interruption, and Cybersecurity.
Must submit a performance bond in the highest year's annual contract amount.
Must be able to provide 24-hour per day, seven days a week operations and maintenance.
