DESCRIPTION


A government authority in Connecticut is seeking operational technology (OT) cybersecurity consultant services. The selected consultant will conduct a survey of infrastructure servers and architecture, provide upgraded critical cybersecurity documents, and deliver essential OT cybersecurity survey services.

Key deliverables include the development of an automated inventory, endpoint asset management, and enhanced context for assets to support and verify the implementation of compensating controls, as well as remediation capabilities for identified issues. The consultant must develop and update vital cybersecurity documents including an Incident Response Procedure, Business Continuity Plan, Disaster Recovery Plan, and OT Cybersecurity Policies and Procedures. Additionally, a comprehensive OT Cybersecurity Policy specifically designed for the Cogeneration Facility is required to improve the facility’s OT cybersecurity posture by setting objectives and establishing principles for mitigating cyber risks.

The contract will span one year. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for May 6, 2026, and all questions must be submitted by May 15, 2026.
