DESCRIPTION


The organization is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive operational support and strategic advisory managed services, focusing on the administration and security of Microsoft 365 and related IT infrastructure. The selected provider will deliver proactive oversight, implement cybersecurity best practices, and deliver responsive support to maintain the reliability and security of the digital workplace.

Core service areas include Microsoft 365 tenant administration, identity and access management using Microsoft Entra ID, security monitoring and threat detection, as well as endpoint security and policy management. Additional responsibilities involve user lifecycle management, device provisioning and configuration, support and administration for Email, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, as well as security configuration and end-user support and training.
