Seeking vendors to provide extensive OpenText and Microsoft/Azure support services for a four-year period in Pennsylvania.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must have 7+ years of experience and be certified in OpenText products including eDirectory, IDM, OES, NAM, iPrint, SSO, PUM, Filr, Self-service Password Reset, and Zenworks

DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide comprehensive OpenText support services, including but not limited to eDirectory, IDM, OES, iPrint, Filr Standard, Privileged Account Manager for Workstation, Secure Login NetIQ Access Manager, and Zenworks. The engagement will involve augmenting existing staff, assisting with both project work and day-to-day operational needs.

Responsibilities will include offering ongoing support, performing updates, and troubleshooting any issues related to both OpenText products and Microsoft on-premises as well as Azure suites. The vendor is expected to serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and thought leader, providing guidance to members of the Information Services (IS) team.

A mandatory pre-proposal telephone conference is scheduled for May 14, 2026. The contract period will span four years.
