DESCRIPTION

A vendor is sought to supply OpenText AppEnhancer software, including Intelligent Capture Prime Protect, Application Xtender Prime Protect, Intelligent Capture Server Volume (over 100K PPY), Intelligent Capture Standard Server Bundle (100K PPY), Intelligent Capture Attended Client, Intelligent Capture Scan Plus Client, and AppEnhancer Server with 5 CC User Packs for both production and test/development environments.

The contract will span one year. Prospective vendors should address technical and licensing requirements as outlined, ensuring all software components and support services necessary for deployment are included. Questions related to this RFP must be submitted by March 18, 2026.
