The government authority in Ukiah, California is seeking a vendor to provide onsite retail food services. The selected provider will operate a cafeteria with service hours ideally between 7:30am and 2:00pm, Monday through Friday. Vendors must submit a sample menu that includes item descriptions and retail pricing for foods to be sold at the location.
The vendor will be responsible for maintaining the cafeteria area, equipment, and facilities to high standards, ensuring the area is kept serviced and well supplied with quality merchandise. A varied and wholesome selection of foods and beverages at affordable prices should be available. The vendor must also deliver janitorial services at no additional cost to the county, maintaining a safe and clean cafeteria, and is responsible for all trash removal.
The contract will run for three years. Interested vendors must submit any questions by May 1, 2026.
