DESCRIPTION
The Office of Naval Research (ONR) is preparing to release a formal solicitation for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract focused on internships, outreach, and website support. This opportunity will be an 8(a) competition, as the acquisition strategy has recently shifted from exclusively Tribal-owned businesses to the wider 8(a) community.
A draft version of Sections L and M, as well as a draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and other relevant documentation for the first Task Order, have been made available to industry participants in advance of the formal RFP. Prospective offerors are invited to review these sections and submit comments or questions to help clarify the requirements prior to the release of the formal solicitation and attachments, which will follow at a later date. The contract is expected to be awarded on or around January 12, 2027, and proposals will include a response to the First Task Order requirements.
Industry participants are encouraged to provide feedback by the specified deadline. All formal proposals will be submitted through the PIEE Solicitation Module once the official RFP is released.
