An agency in Ireland is seeking a third-party provider for an online training platform to support a variety of training programs. The platform must offer online training courses with features that allow for the analysis of training statistics, editing and customization of course content, and branding to reflect the agency's identity. Compliance is a critical aspect, including adherence to national legislation, data protection requirements, and automatic updates to reflect any legislative changes.
The desired platform should facilitate automatic enrolment, testing features for course content, refresher enrolments, as well as document sign-off and secure record retention. Compatibility with the agency's existing technological services is required. Training topics to be accessible on the platform include, but are not limited to, Mandatory Policy and Good Practice, Health & Safety, Equality Diversity & Inclusion, GDPR, Risk Management, Child Protection, and Digital Skills & Information Technology.
