DESCRIPTION
A contractor is sought to provide an online tax research database covering both federal and state tax topics. The solution must enable users to compare tax laws across all 50 states and offer internet links for efficient, side-by-side jurisdictional comparisons. Essential features include access to taxability charts or matrices that detail various tax types and their rates in different locations.
The system must support approximately 280 concurrent users nationwide, allowing each user to perform searches from a unified main search screen. This interface should provide selection options for the tax type, document type, and state of interest. Comprehensive training on system operation is required, and the vendor must supply a toll-free help desk operating Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Questions regarding the proposal must be submitted no later than April 20, 2026.
