The district is seeking a vendor to provide an online professional development tracking platform for all K–12 employees. This platform will be used districtwide to support the registration, tracking, documentation, and reporting of professional development activities for staff.
Key system requirements include staff registration and session management, attendance and completion tracking, employee transcript maintenance, and historical training records. The platform must offer district- and school-level reporting dashboards, administrator access with role-based permissions, and facilitate migration of historical data from the current system. Initial onboarding services as well as ongoing technical support are expected as part of the solution.
The proposed system must include features for professional development registration and scheduling, an implementation plan with timeline, data migration plan, and administrator training materials.
