A New York-based organization is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver comprehensive online marketing services aimed at recruiting and retaining both new and returning students. The scope of work includes planning and executing digital marketing campaigns utilizing a variety of strategies such as behavioral targeting, contextual targeting, retargeting, in-app advertising, geo-fencing, pre-roll ads, social mirroring, native advertising, over-the-top (OTT) platforms, branded content, and both audio and video search marketing. The contract will last for one year.
The selected vendor will be expected to provide regular communication regarding campaign performance, outlining timelines and methods for reporting results. Performance metrics to be tracked include, but are not limited to, campaign recaps and in-depth reviews using Google Analytics after each campaign period. The vendor should also provide anticipated figures such as impressions, clicks, click-through rates, and student enrollment projections for each semester, as well as past campaign examples to guide creative direction. Additionally, the scope of work should address effective solutions for email marketing. Interested vendors are required to submit a Letter of Interest by December 19, 2025, and all questions must be submitted by December 22, 2025.
