DESCRIPTION


The selected vendor will provide comprehensive marketing and recruitment services for online graduate programs, including robust analysis of prospective student markets to support new and expanding offerings. The analysis will guide program development, optimize program sizes, and inform potential sunsetting decisions.

Marketing and lead generation activities will involve crafting messaging and branding in alignment with strategic marketing plans, with the goal of generating high-quality leads and supporting the conversion of admitted applicants to enrolled students. Recruitment and enrollment services require managing student contacts through a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, qualifying prospective students, facilitating access to application materials, and maintaining post-acceptance communication to foster successful enrollments.

Additionally, the vendor must provide round-the-clock helpdesk and technical support to assist students throughout the recruitment and enrollment processes. Operational procedures must ensure ongoing, responsive student support at all stages.
