Administrators must be able to manage communications with faculty and oversee the adoption process. The portal is expected to support real-time and routine reporting capabilities, including book buy-back metrics each semester and comprehensive tracking of student purchases. Additionally, the solution should include a voucher or charging system tailored for student groups as identified by the colleges, with reporting on all vouchers created for each student throughout the semester.
The store's inventory should offer a wide selection of professional and academic merchandise, and deliver high-quality customer service during peak and off-peak times. The payment system should accept credit, debit, vouchers, and financial aid to ensure accessibility for all students.
