DESCRIPTION
The government authority in DeFuniak Springs, Florida is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive online auction services for the sale of surplus agency property. The selected vendor will manage the entire auction process, including pre-auction preparation, active auction operations, and post-auction settlement and asset removal. The intent is to minimize County staff involvement while maximizing transparency, efficiency, and exposure to potential buyers.
Required pre-auction services include coordinating and managing public inspection periods and appointments, photographing and documenting auction items, and collecting all relevant asset information.
