The government authority in Massachusetts is seeking a vendor to provide end-to-end OneDrive migration services for its users. The project includes planning, infrastructure assessment, and execution of the migration to ensure a seamless transition for all government users.
Key tasks involve identifying required servers and infrastructure, reviewing and ensuring full synchronization of Office 365 identities, accessing and migrating personal drives, and setting up migration servers. The vendor will also be responsible for configuring the migration tool, identifying and creating necessary OneDrive accounts, and developing a detailed migration schedule encompassing both pilot and main phases. Comprehensive written documentation on planning activities and any needed remediation steps is expected as part of the deliverables.
