The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 23, has announced its intention to award a sole source contract to Mim Software Inc for the licensing of Contour ProtégéAI oncology software. This decision is based on the determination that only one responsible source can meet the specialized requirements for this software solution.
Interested parties capable of providing equivalent oncology software licensing are invited to submit a capabilities statement demonstrating their qualifications no later than December 1, 2025, at 17:00 CT. All statements must provide clear and compelling evidence of the ability to meet the stated needs. Responses must be submitted in writing, as verbal submissions will not be considered. If no viable alternatives are presented by the deadline, the Department of Veterans Affairs will proceed with exclusive negotiations with Mim Software Inc.
This announcement is intended to inform potential sources of the agency’s intent and is not a request for competitive quotes. No formal solicitation for competitive bids will be issued.
