DESCRIPTION


This RFP seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive migration services from an on-premises Microsoft CRM system to Microsoft Dynamics 365 cloud solutions. The project scope includes an initial discovery and assessment phase covering the current CRM version, architecture, licensing, deployment model, reporting, dashboard usage, and integrations with third-party systems, internal applications, and data sources.

Vendors are expected to develop a migration strategy and solution design, recommending appropriate Dynamics 365 applications and licensing, detailing data migration approaches, and providing identity and access management integration strategies (e.g., Entra ID/Azure AD). The work includes configuration, customization, and modernization tasks such as refactoring legacy customizations, updating unsupported plugins to cloud-ready patterns, and implementing modern automation tools like Power Automate and Power Apps.

The vendor will handle all aspects of data migration, including mapping, cleansing, validation, transferring both core and related entities, and ensuring the accurate migration of attachments, notes, and activities. Comprehensive integration efforts will encompass connections to ERP, finance, marketing, customer support systems, custom applications, data warehouses, and collaboration tools. The contract period is for one year.
