The government seeks a vendor to provide older adult homeless prevention activities in Pennsylvania. This pilot program is focused on supporting the housing stability of at least forty individuals aged 55 or older who are at risk of or currently experiencing homelessness.
Key objectives include preventing older adults from entering homelessness by providing interventions that help keep them in their current residences, as well as rapidly moving those who are currently homeless into long-term housing. The contract is set for a one-year term. Interested vendors should note that all questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by April 17, 2026.
