Official Merchandiser Service

An arts festival in Mississippi is seeking a qualified vendor to serve as the official merchandiser for its upcoming event. The selected vendor will be responsible for producing, selling, distributing, and promoting a range of licensed festival merchandise, including t-shirts, hats, posters, and additional products as specified by the festival organizers.

Key responsibilities include handling the purchasing, production, and storage of all approved merchandise, managing sales both onsite and through established channels, and staffing merchandise operations during the festival. The merchandiser must ensure that all products are licensed and receive approval from the festival for inclusion in the merchandise lineup. Additionally, the vendor will be expected to promote the merchandise using their own social media platforms and mailing lists. The arts festival retains the right of first refusal for all merchandise designs proposed.
