SUMMARY

Nevada seeks a modern offender management system supporting intake, release, case management, compliance, and robust reporting.

DESCRIPTION

The State of Nevada is seeking information and proposals for a modern Offender Management System (OMS) to support comprehensive management of offenders from intake through release. The desired solution should encompass a wide array of functionalities, including classification, sentence structure management, movement tracking, medical and mental health records, programming, case management, discipline, grievance tracking, victim services, investigations, and community supervision coordination.

The system must also streamline staff workflows, automate routine processes, enhance data integrity, and offer robust reporting and analytics capabilities. Additional requirements include support for institutional management, incident reporting, and features such as mobile access, audit trails, automated notifications, electronic forms, and configurable workflows. The OMS should provide flexible hosting options, data migration approaches, role-based access control, and API integration. Compliance with standards such as CJIS, PREA, HIPAA (as applicable), ADA, and State of Nevada security requirements is essential.
