The requesting agency seeks a vendor to provide a customizable, off-the-shelf software and website solution utilizing its existing Uniform Resource Locator for a public-facing platform. The solution must support ambient air monitoring data, integrating both front-end public access and backend software for staff to manage day-to-day monitoring activities.
The system should be cloud-based, allowing staff to upload or poll different types of air quality data, validate and perform QA/QC procedures, track air monitoring assets, and report information to AQS databases. It must enable posting of real-time ambient air and meteorological data, including camera images from SPM stations and SLAMS that employ continuous monitors, to a public website. The platform should offer a mobile-friendly interface, and possibly a corresponding mobile application for enhanced accessibility.
Additional features required include data download capability, quality control tools, analytics for episode investigation, and a repository for camera images. Integration with monitoring stations—both internally operated and those run by external contractors—is essential for data validation and public reporting via the existing URL. The solution must also provide mechanisms for posting messages to the public website and ensuring near real-time data availability.
