A government authority in Georgia is seeking a vendor to provide off-site storage services. The storage facility must be located within 10 miles of the agency to ensure convenient and frequent access for staff. The space must be temperature controlled, maintaining a consistent temperature between 65–75 degrees Fahrenheit.
The storage area must feature a loading dock or exterior ground-level door with a minimum width of 9' 6" and a height of at least 7' 8". It is preferred that this entry opens directly into the storage unit. If the storage entry is not ground-level, a Class C1 freight elevator must be available, with an elevator door large enough to accommodate a loaded pallet jack measuring 48" wide by 64" deep.
Facility conditions should include clean, dry, moisture-free spaces with durable, undamaged concrete flooring suitable for pallet jack use. Monthly pest control of the exterior is required, and bidders are expected to include monthly pest control costs in their proposals.
