DESCRIPTION

The organization is seeking a comprehensive software solution for occupational health, safety, and electronic medical records management. This platform should support processes such as maintaining demographic records, scheduling and appointments, clinic visits, clinical testing, clearances for employment and travel, medical charts, imaging, medical documents and letters, medications and immunizations (including inventory management), surveillance groups, audiometric testing, questionnaires, absences, case management, and both safety and incident reporting. The software should also cover training management and billing capabilities.

The system must allow for the creation and customization of workflows to manage all mentioned processes efficiently. Additionally, it should include robust reporting tools, custom report creation, and dashboards within the application. Advanced levels of security, customization, and configuration are required, with granular access controls by role, location, case type, and ad-hoc record selection. The solution should offer mechanisms for conditional controls on actions based on entered data and ensure regular upgrades in response to technological and functional advancements.
