A government authority in Glendale, Arizona is seeking a vendor to provide nutrition serving services, specifically including the supply of a Low Temp Industries (SPC–HTS–MF–60–MOD) Two Tier Hot Food Counter or an equivalent unit. The required counter must measure approximately 60-3/8" x 46" x 32" high with an extended width, and must be constructed from 14-gauge stainless steel with fully welded, ground, and polished seams. All surfaces and edges must reflect a high-quality finish.
The body must be made from seamless molded fiberglass using a reinforced hand lay-up process, featuring flame-retardant properties per ASTM E-162 with a flame spread rating of 25 or less. The counter must include a 14-gauge stainless steel flat hot top with an insulated heat blanket, as well as a metal heated display shelf with surface temperature controlled by an infinite control recessed into the unit. It should also feature double-sided self-service food protectors with tempered glass, two tiers, heat lamps with integrated LED lights, and convertible Hot/Cold/Frozen wells (Model #QSCHP–3 Quick Switch) with individual, under-mounted 12" x 20" openings.
Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted no later than March 24, 2026. The resulting contract will be established for a duration of one year.
