DESCRIPTION
The government authority in Montebello, California is seeking a vendor to provide nutrition consultant services. Responsibilities include meeting and collaborating with families to obtain additional nutrition information and support planning for care at school, as well as conducting home visits when necessary.
The consultant will consult with community medical providers to gather further nutrition information or recommendations regarding the child's care at school.
