DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Washington, DC is seeking expert technical assistance through a Request for Information (RFI) for a nursery crop insurance program focused on subtropical and temperate plants. The advisory services will address pilot crop insurance program issues related to field grown and containerized plant production practices, plant classification and taxonomy, hardiness zone insurability limitations, cold protection requirements, risk assessment, and plant marketing.
