DESCRIPTION


This RFP seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive support services for the Jeron Provider Nurse Call System. Services include the provision and installation of the latest compatible software updates to maintain and enhance system performance within the end-user environment.

The selected contractor will conduct an annual, in-depth review of the Jeron Provider 790 Nurse Call System to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement. The contract includes one year of around-the-clock (24x7x365) remote service desk support, covering remote diagnostics and troubleshooting to proactively monitor system health and address potential or emerging issues before they impact patient care. The service provider is expected to implement corrective actions, respond promptly to system failures, and execute regular firmware upgrades, updates, and system checks.

Proactive maintenance—including software updates, diagnostics, quick fixes, and other remote system checks—is integral to ensuring optimal system functionality and reliability. Contractors should also be prepared for remote support and troubleshooting to address system software issues efficiently.
