DESCRIPTION

The project seeks a vendor to deliver comprehensive nurse call system replacement services for a healthcare facility. The selected company will assess building structure and support, noting the absence of an attic, and ensure adherence to relevant building codes and regulations. The vendor is required to design a new nurse call system, either Ascom or Rauland Responder 5000, including headends, consoles, and power supplies, while integrating with existing field devices wherever possible.

Existing nurse call stations—including single and double bed stations, emergency pull-cord stations, pushbutton stations, and staff stations—should be reused if compatible; otherwise, appropriate replacements must be supplied. The scope also covers installation of new marquees as requested by clinical teams, as well as the design and installation of new bedside stations with staff assist buttons and call cords and new bathroom pull-cord stations. Vendors are encouraged to submit questions regarding the project by March 24, 2026.
