The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Washington DC VA Medical Center (VAMC) is seeking information and market feedback from responsible vendors regarding the replacement of the facility's nurse call system. Interested parties are asked to provide capabilities statements, indicative pricing, and responses to specific questions outlined by the VA. The requirement is for a nurse call system that matches the specified brand or is considered 'equal,' as prescribed in the Statement of Work (SOW).
Delivery of the system to the Washington DC VA Medical Center warehouse must be within 90 days of contract award and during standard business hours, Monday through Friday. Only vendors who can provide an OEM distributor or authorization letter from the manufacturer will be considered; failure to provide this documentation will result in disqualification. Respondents must also complete the Buy American Certificate (FAR 52.225–2) and answer a series of 14 qualifying questions to be deemed responsive. The information is being collected strictly for planning and market research purposes and does not represent a solicitation or guarantee of contract award.
