The vendor will be responsible for providing maintenance and support services for a nurse call system, focused on ensuring continuous and reliable operation in a healthcare environment. Support requirements include 24/7/365 phone assistance with live answering or callback within 30–60 minutes, as well as standard weekday support for non-urgent configuration changes and inquiries. Remote technical diagnostics and software patching/fixes must be delivered securely, with unlimited access to all software releases and annual software updates addressing both functional and security improvements.
For tier 1 critical incidents, technical diagnostics must be available through secure remote access, phone support, or onsite visit within one hour. Emergency onsite support should be provided promptly, with technician arrival within four hours for critical failures at any time, including holidays and weekends. The vendor must maintain an inventory of critical spare hardware ready for immediate installation to expedite tier 1 onsite repairs.
The contract period is set for one year.
