The selected company will be responsible for removing the existing analog nurse call system equipment and wiring, with immediate turnover to the agency's contract manager upon removal. The scope includes providing a thorough design–build process and installing a new nurse call system utilizing structured wiring.
Additional requirements include training staff, properly disposing of all project-related waste, and delivering one annual system inspection after installation, which covers necessary testing and repairs. The proposed system must utilize structured wiring, comply with all relevant local, state, and federal codes, and be designed for future scalability to meet expanding agency needs or regulations. The system must support application use and support 24/7/365 operations.
Vendors are reminded of a mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled for April 15, 2026, and all questions must be submitted no later than April 17, 2026.
