The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (FLCSD) has announced its intent to award a firm fixed price, sole source contract to 4K Solutions, LLC, for the procurement of mobile broadband and repeater kits. This requirement pertains to the Naval Civil Engineer Corps Officers School (CECOS) and includes the 4K–MBK–C19–W3 Mobile Broadband Kit and the 4K–MRK–3G41–FN–MW Mobile Repeater Kit. The mobile broadband kit provides portable 5G/4G LTE networking capabilities, allowing for rapid deployment and reliable connectivity during field operations, especially in emergency scenarios where traditional infrastructure may be compromised. The mobile repeater kit enhances indoor cellular coverage up to 20,000 square feet, addressing challenges in remote or structurally restricted environments.
These integrated solutions are designed to support First Responder networks by ensuring dependable data and voice communications in diverse operational circumstances. The anticipated contract award date is on or before January 30, 2026, under the NAICS code 334220. Interested parties who wish to respond must submit a capability statement detailing their qualifications, technical capacity, and proof of authorized distributor status by January 27, 2026, at 3:00 PM PST. All submissions will be reviewed to evaluate the potential for a competitive procurement. The Government retains sole discretion in determining the procurement approach based on responses received.
