DESCRIPTION
Langley Air Force Base intends to award a firm fixed price, sole source contract to Condortech Services, Inc. for a RemoteLock software subscription that supports the dormitory facilities. This brand–name requirement will ensure seamless integration with existing CL4510–BS Smart Lock Tubular Keypad Door Levers, providing an online interface for real-time monitoring and management of all door locks within the dorms.
The contract is planned to begin on 30 January 2026 with a base year and four option years, for an anticipated total value of approximately $400,000. The procurement is set aside exclusively for small businesses. As this is a continuation of services provided by Condortech Services with no known authorized distributors registered for government awards, only RemoteLock software will be accepted.
Interested parties who believe they can meet these requirements are encouraged to submit a capability statement before 1:00 PM ET, 29 January 2026. This notice is not a request for quote but is issued in accordance with FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
