DESCRIPTION
The government authority located in Pennsylvania is seeking vendors to provide non-exclusive, as-needed temporary staffing services for various roles. These positions include administrative assistants at all levels, supply chain buyers, communications specialists, customer service representatives/data entry clerks, distribution workers (laborers), energy efficiency analysts, engineers (civil, mechanical, electrical), field service helpers (laborers), financial analysts, legal assistants, multimedia designers, paralegals, project managers, staff attorneys, customer service supervisors, internal auditors, and payroll employees sourced by the authority.
Vendors will be expected to provide qualified temporary staff for each of these roles as demand arises. The staffing services offered should be flexible to accommodate fluctuating requirements and must cover a wide range of professional and clerical positions. Importantly, no conversion fees will apply to payroll employees who are sourced by the authority and sent to the staffing agency.
A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for April 28, 2026, and interested vendors must submit their questions by April 16, 2026.
